We couldn't have chosen a better location for our special day. Everything was perfect and attention to detail was taken care of. Very high quality food but above all a qualified, empathetic staff attentive to all your needs. We had very elderly and disabled people among our guests and the staff was magnificent in managing the travel. We will always be grateful to Stefania and the maitre Nicola for making our wedding unforgettable.

VEGAN cuisine I had the pleasure of returning to this restaurant at the kind invitation of the owner and the chef, to taste a 100% vegetable-based dinner, after a past wedding. The dinner consisted of all the courses included in a wedding menu. Forgive me if I don't remember the entire composition of the dishes, but they were truly original and well prepared. However the photos speak for themselves We started with an aperitif, consisting of a fake olive with almond stone, a chip, and crunchy fresh vegetable snacks served with nori seaweed cream, and then continued with the cold and hot appetizers. The cold appetizer included a mini burger with almond and pepper mayonnaise (very good), chickpea hummus with chard, and orzotto with tofu and Tagiasca olives. While the hot one was composed of porcini mushrooms, gomasio (in the center) and another vegetable whose name I don't remember but it was super! With battered courgette flowers. Then follow with the first courses, quinoa with pesto with courgette puff pastries, and gnocchi with vegetable ragout that is better (and healthier) than the classic one. The second course was a vegan cutlet on a bed of potatoes with Babaganoush sauce (tasted it for the first time and it was exceptional) Concluding with an almond panna cotta with raspberries and a coffee and sambuca granita accompanied by a salted caramel dragée. What to say… The chef has a gift, namely that of transforming foods into unique compositions, sublime for the palate, capable of sending the taste buds into raptures. And here chef Alessio succeeded brilliantly. My most sincere congratulations 👏🏼 I invite everyone to experiment with this cuisine, it will surprise you with how rich and varied it can be. With this quality the convivium excels as a vegan proposal 🌱 over many, many other restaurants! Highly recommended!

Our wedding took place a few weeks ago. Stefania, her location and her staff were impeccable. I met Stefania through a video call almost a year before, and I had already chosen her after finishing the phone call. This makes you understand how professional and smart this woman is. After months of seeing their location that we had already chosen, I had confirmation of how fantastic the Convivium family is. Our wedding was called the wedding of the century, perhaps because it was done by two women, we had waiters at our service, with impeccable smiles, the maitre Nicola of extraordinary genius, patience and refinement, the location was one of a kind, with an enchanting sea view. But the highlight is her... Mrs. Stefania! Believe me, after meeting her you will find it hard to say goodbye and think that it's all over. She helps you, she is close to you, she is wedding music flowers.. she is special! The food at the Convivium, said by all our guests, was unbeatable. Believe me, choose them for your wedding and you will remember it as one of the most beautiful! I would make this choice 100 times again! Together with Stefania there is her husband Rinaldo who welcomed us to the structure to spend our first night, at their sporting hotel, and there too, impeccable service and excellent food.
